So, if we stay focused on the healthy, positive and great things in our life, we will automatically attract more healthy, positive and great things into our life. If we focused on lack, unhealthy and negativity, then that is what will be attracted to our life.

Like attracts like. If we are feeling appreciative, or abundant, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, excited and joyful then we are sending out positive and healthy energy.

On the other hand, if you are feeling sad, anxious, stressed out, bored, angry and resentful then we are sending out negative and unhealthy energy.

The universe, through the Law of Attraction, will respond and react to both these vibrations positive and negative enthusiastically. We need to become more deliberate about what we think and feel.
To become intentional about the thoughts we create towards the universe, we’ll need to decide what we want—but also rehearse feeling for those emotions we’ll experience when we have it.
How would we feel if we’ve “arrived” at our goal?
What would be doing on our whole day?
Who would we be spending our precious time with?
If we focus & talk more about what we DO want (instead of what you don’t want), then we will quickly manifest our goals & dreams.

2) Believe that we’ll get what we want, and then take an action
What does it mean to believe we’ll get what we want?

It means maintaining a positive expectancy, going about your day with certainty— knowing that we’ve put our future in the hands of powers that are greater than ours. It’s deciding with conviction that what we want will happen.
This is not always easy.

Some persons have limiting beliefs that keep them from allowing abundance and happiness into their lives. If this describes you, realize that we must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that we are deserving, worthy, capable, desirable, and lovable — as well as smart, strong, attractive, rich, good, and “enough” in every other way that matters to we.
As soon as we believe that we’ll get what we want, the next part is to take action.
Taking the actions that would create our desired result affirms your belief that what we want is within reach.

3) By creating a vibrational match we can easily receive what we want.
To receive that which we are intending, we need to create a “VIBRATIONAL MATCH” for what we want to attract into our life.

The convenient way to create a vibrational match is to focus on inditing healthy and positive thoughts of gratitude, love, joy, and appreciation throughout the whole day. We can also rehearse feeling the emotions we would be experiencing if we already had the things which we want. We can also create these emotions with the help of our thinking. All the time our thoughts & thinking are creating feelings, so it’s important to catch our negative emotions and try to turn them into positive.
